Brought to you by the Cocoa40 Inc. team, the Gelato On Main concept delivers gourmet gelato, all made in house. With 9 flavours of fresh gelato always in the display case, Chef Stefania works to create unique "Chef Specials" every week. Flavours are always made with 100% fruit, nut pastes, herbs and spices to get the most intense flavours to your tastebuds. Our gelato flavours are always made with fruit & grape sugar or fresh milk and cream for the smoothest texture - all made without artificial colours, flavours or stabilizers. We do our best to offer a wide range of choice for individuals with dairy, soy, gluten and nut allergies because everyone deserves to enjoy great gelato.
